Karen M. Fetterly

Karen focuses her practice on commercial and residential real estate providing expertise in title insurance and closing transactions for developments of all sizes, including HUD, private-public multifamily and agricultural projects. She has more than 20 years of real estate experience along with securities law and trust administration. She has worked in the corporate environment for banks, trust companies and a securities firm.

Karen is a graduate of Hamline University School of Law, Juris Doctor, cum laude, and a graduate of Augsburg College, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She has served on several boards including Good Earth Village where she was past president and has been a 4-H leader for years.

In her spare time, Karen enjoys spending time on her hobby farm in southeastern Minnesota where her family raises beef and has a variety of animals. She also enjoys gardening, hiking, traveling, reading and spending time outdoors.
